Flagship course
Monthly Close Assurance Studio
Financial auditing guidance for monthly close assurance — six weeks of evidence design, skeptical review practice, and memo craft.
Learning outcomes
- Build an evidence map that ties every material account to owner, source, and reviewer stamp.
- Design cut-off tests that document both what was sampled and what was deliberately left out.
- Draft an assurance memo a partner can challenge without rebuilding your workpapers.
- Facilitate a mock review that surfaces mild reservations before period lock.
Modules
Module 1 — Trial balance hygiene
Unusual balances, suspense aging, and the first twenty minutes of a skeptical review.
Module 2 — Reconciliation critique
Rewrite reconciling items so they explain risk instead of hiding movement.
Module 3 — Cut-off & accruals
Sampling grids for revenue, OPEX, and inventory movements around period end.
Module 4 — Intercompany & eliminations preview
Timing differences, circular balances, and documentation that group reporting can reuse.
Module 5 — Assurance memo studio
Structure, tone, and limitation language that stays honest without sounding evasive.
Module 6 — Mock review & close calendar reset
Live critique, then a revised calendar that protects review time instead of stealing it.
Learner notes from this course
Module 5 forced me to write limitation language that named the freight cut-off gap. Finance leadership did not love reading it — which meant it was useful.

Strong on evidence maps. The intercompany week moves fast if you have more than four entities — budget extra time.

FAQ
Is this a substitute for a statutory audit or CPA license?
No. Cloud Neural Ops provides training and non-attest guidance. Completing the Studio does not authorize you to issue audit opinions under Korean law or any other jurisdiction.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not rebuild your ERP workflows or write automated reconciliations. If your bottleneck is system configuration, you will still need an IT partner — we focus on the assurance narrative and evidence discipline around whatever system you already have.
Do I need IFRS or K-IFRS fluency?
You should be comfortable reading financial statements. We explain Korea-relevant timing examples in English; we do not teach foundational accounting from zero.
How are refunds handled?
See the Refund policy for eligibility windows and non-refundable items.
