Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Cloud Neural Ops programs invoiced offline. This website does not process payments; informational prices on course and pricing pages are not checkout amounts until confirmed on an invoice.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable workbook packs. Between 13 and 7 days before start, a 50% refund applies. Inside 7 days, seats are transferable to another person in your organization but not refundable except as required by mandatory Korean consumer law.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests within 30 days of the invoice payment date or before the cutoffs above — whichever is earlier for cohort programs. Self-paced library access refunds must be requested within 7 days of credential delivery and only if less than 15% of modules were opened.
Full vs partial refunds
- Full: timely cancellation with unused materials.
- Partial (50%): mid-window cancellation as stated above.
- Partial (pro-rata coaching days unused): Assurance Atelier overlays canceled mid-engagement for documented force majeure.
Non-refundable items
- Completed live sessions already delivered.
- Custom plant diagnostics already performed.
- Third-party classroom fees explicitly itemized as pass-through.
- Seat transfers completed at your request.
Refund process
Email contact@cloudneuralops.digital with invoice number, learner name, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfers to Korean accounts may arrive faster; international wires can take longer depending on your bank.
Cancellations by Cloud Neural Ops
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service obligations for the named learner may qualify for extended transfer rights even when refund windows have closed. We evaluate these case by case.
