Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data you submit via forms (name, email, optional topic, message).
  • Enrollment and billing coordination data exchanged by email or phone when you reserve seats.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted.
  • Learning participation notes (attendance, assignment feedback) for paid cohorts.

Purposes & legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver courses, improve the site, meet accounting and legal duties in Korea, and โ€” where required โ€” based on consent for non-essential cookies. Contract performance and legitimate interests in operating a training practice also apply.

Retention

  • Contact form messages: up to 24 months unless a longer conversation continues.
  • Enrollment and invoice records: 5 years or as required by Korean commercial bookkeeping rules.
  • Analytics events: 14 months in aggregated form when enabled.
  • Cohort feedback files: 36 months, then anonymized or deleted.

Sharing

We use processors for email delivery, video classrooms, and (if accepted) analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Korean authorities or to defend legal claims.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside Korea. Where transfers occur, we use contractual safeguards and assess whether the destination provides adequate protection relative to Korean privacy expectations. You may request a summary of safeguards via the contact email above.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and withdraw cookie consent without losing essential site functions. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Children

Programs are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
