These Terms govern access to cloudneuralops.digital and enrollment in Cloud Neural Ops educational programs. By using the site or purchasing training through our team, you accept these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll. Organizational buyers confirm they have authority to bind their company to these Terms for seats they reserve.

Services

Cloud Neural Ops provides educational content on financial auditing guidance for monthly close assurance. We do not provide statutory audit, attest, legal, or licensed CPA services. Course outcomes do not guarantee employment, exam passage, or audit opinion quality.

Accounts & communications

You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to share live-session credentials. We may suspend access for abusive conduct, credential sharing, or payment disputes handled outside this site’s informational pricing pages.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, videos, templates, and site copy are owned by Cloud Neural Ops or its licensors. Learners receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal professional use. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials is prohibited without written consent.

User content

Comments or files you submit for critique remain yours, but you grant us a license to use anonymized excerpts to improve instruction. Do not upload confidential client data without redaction.

Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that guidance will fit every ERP, industry, or regulatory fact pattern. You remain responsible for professional judgments inside your organization.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Korea, Cloud Neural Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Aggregate liability for a claim related to a paid program is limited to fees paid for that program in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Cloud Neural Ops against claims arising from your misuse of materials or upload of unlawful or unredacted confidential information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Ulsan shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
